The BARB have revealed the unofficial viewing figures for The Beast Below, which was broadcast on Saturday on BBC One and BBC HD with strong competition from warm weather and the Football on other channels.
According to the BARB The Beast Below managed an unofficial 6.4 million for BBC One with 330,000 watching the episode over on BBC HD. Final viewing figures will be released whithin the next few weeks.
The overnight ratings for the first part of The Sarah Jane Adventures story, The Day of the Clown, have now been released. Part One On BBC One got an audience of 0.5 million, with a 5.3% share of the audience. Part two, which aired on CBBC on the same day show it was the highest rated programme of the week on that channel, with 0.48 million viewers.
Overnight ratings were released yesterday for The Last Sontaran part one which aired on Monday afternoon on BBC One. The figures show that it achieved a rating of 0.7 million. The programme got a 6.3 per cent share of the audience at that time. The average for the time slot is around 0.4 million viewers. Overnight ratings for part two of The Last Sontaran which aired after part one on CBBC are currently unknown. In other news some of the cast from The Sarah Jane Adventures will be appearing on Blue Peter next Tuesday at 4.35pm on BBC One.
