U.N.I.T. Returning in Series 7

Filming for episode 4 of series 7 took place in Penarth, Cardiff early last month. Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill were spotted shooting scenes inside of a house. UNIT soldiers were seen on set which marks the first appearance of U.N.I.T. since Planet of the Dead in 2009. See some pictures from filming below;

Executive Producer Caroline Skinner spoke to Doctor Who Magazine and described the episode as a "massive roller coaster ride of a sci-fi story. It's all about Amy and Rory's relationship - full of warmth, love and a celebration of their time on the show. But don't be fooled, Chris Chibnall will scare you to bits with this episode!"
